Bistro in Light 光影之间 味觉之中
（上海，2025年10月10日）——上海艾迪逊酒店旗下 Shanghai Tavern 西餐厅 将于 2025 年 10 月 10 日起，与法国先锋摄影画廊 YELLOWKORNER 共同推出摄影艺术展览 “Bistro in Light 光影之间 味觉之中”。
展览以“光”为叙事核心，汇聚画廊四位签约艺术家——Christopher Anderson、Nicolas Velter、Alexandre Fauve 与 Franck Bohbot 的代表作品，在影像中探索城市、时间与交流的多重维度。作品置于近百年的历史地标性建筑内，使当代艺术与建筑遗产相互映照，在传统与现代的交汇处营造出独特的文化气质，也让宾客于光影氛围中感受艺术与生活方式的全新融合。
展览同期揭幕的还有酒店全新 Bistro 概念，Shanghai Tavern 延续欧式小馆的摩登氛围，以开放式厨房打造热闹而充满活力的社交场景，让宾客在料理的声与香之中感受到亲切与分享的温度。餐厅主张 “以食会友” 的用餐理念，三五好友围坐共享美食与美酒，呼应展览主题中人与人之间的交流。
展开剩余81%餐厅甄选的经典菜肴亦呼应光影意象：招牌 和牛鞑靼 以细腻口感与丰盈肉香映射光影的深邃，与醇厚的红葡萄酒相得益彰；而 黑虎虾佐辣椒与大蒜 则带来明快而富层次的风味，搭配白葡萄酒或香槟，赋予用餐体验更多灵动与优雅。
“Bistro in Light” 不仅是一场摄影展览，更是艺术与餐饮的跨界对话。在此，影像与美食交织，历史与当下共鸣，呈现出别具一格的都市文化体验。

(Shanghai, October 10, 2025) — Beginning October 10, 2025, The Shanghai EDITION’s Shanghai Tavern will join forces with French avant-garde photography gallery YELLOWKORNER to present the exhibition “Bistro in Light.”
Dedicated to the theme of light, the exhibition features signature works by four YELLOWKORNER artists Christopher Anderson, Nicolas Velter, Alexandre Fauve, and Franck Bohbot. Through their lens, light becomes a medium that traces the dimensions of city, time, and human connection. Staged within a nearly century-old heritage landmark, the works establish a dialogue between contemporary art and architectural legacy, where tradition and modernity converge to create a distinctive cultural atmosphere. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in an interplay of light, imagery, and lifestyle.
In parallel with the exhibition, Shanghai Tavern unveils its refreshed Bistro concept. Carrying forward the chic spirit of a European brasserie, the restaurant embraces an open-kitchen design that fosters a lively, convivial dining scene. Guided by the philosophy that dining is a way of bringing people together, the bistro reflects the exhibition’s narrative of interaction and exchange.
The menu introduces signatures that echo the resonance of light: Wagyu Tartare, with its refined texture and layered richness, pairs elegantly with a full-bodied red wine; while Black Tiger Prawns with Chili and Garlic offer a vivid, aromatic profile that shines alongside white wine or champagne, adding vibrancy and elegance to the table.
More than an exhibition, “Bistro in Light” becomes a cross-disciplinary dialogue between gastronomy and photography—where imagery and cuisine converge, and heritage and modernity harmonize to shape a singular urban cultural experience.
